Dimora Graziana Exclusive was built as a typical country house in Locorotondo area and is a brilliant example of spontaneous architecture, the Trullo.
It originally consisted of three cones with adjacent “cummesse”, once used as deposits.
Following conservative restoration principles with absolute respect for tradition, the interior designer and the nationally recognized expert Stefania Di Molfetta managed to create two charming modernly equipped apartments.
The structure initially built in local stone, was renovated using modern materials which set off the beauty of the material texture of these ancient sites.
The result turned out to be truly magical.
Building and Services
Dimora Graziana Exclusive consists of a nucleus which is divided into 2 apartment-suites.
The trullo Master Suite is a charming apartment of 50 square meters comprising a living area with a dining table and a hob with a sink, an electric hotplate and a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with utensils and dishes.
Adjacent to the kitchen there is a wonderful master bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV, safe and a bathroom with washbasin, wc, bidet and shower.
The door provides access to the living room with armchairs, a double sofa bed and a wardrobe, to the room with a Turkish bath and chromotherapy shower and to another bathroom with washbasin, wc and bidet.
The trullo Suite is a romantic and comfortable apartment of 27 square meters comprising a living area with a dining table and a hob with a sink, an electric hotplate and a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with utensils and dishes.
Adjacent to the kitchen there is a wonderful bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV, safe and a large bathroom with washbasin, wc, bidet and shower with an XL shower head.
In total Dimora Graziana Exclusive can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.
Both apartments have their own private outdoor patio with an outdoor shower and are equipped with smart TV, mini bar, safe, wardrobe, linen, bath towels and courtesy kit.
The following is always included in the rate: a la carte breakfast served close to Dimora Graziana 1909, daily cleaning service, use of the swimming pool with hydromassage and of the equipped green areas.
All the rooms have free wi-fi, air conditioning/heating.
